We can now confidently promote our organisation through our new brand, brochure, web page etc knowing that what we are saying is the case. This is a result of Sandra’s 5 point process that was used in “getting to know us” (which was very effective). When we started the rebranding exercise, we had no intention of changing our company name. Throughout the process it became evident that this would be necessary for a number of reasons. Whilst we are a company with a long history, all the feed back from our long serving employees and clients has been very positive. These people were a very big reason why initially we were reluctant to change our image. The end result, whilst it is a very accurate representation of our company, it gives us scope to grow as a company. In our opinion, the brand and company profile (brochure/web page) is as good as any of our larger competitors and if we decide, enter into their market arena. Our main priority in terms of branding is consistency. With Sandra’s help we have created procedures which ensure that our brand and logo is consistent throughout the various regions that we work in.
